From Monday to Thursday, our Michelin-starred fast menu, starting at €65pp, has been specially curated for professionals looking for a special way to check back in with colleagues and clients against the backdrop of the Grand Harbour, with views best enjoyed from the restaurant’s indoor and outdoor rooftop terrace.

Multi award-winning Chef Alex Dilling and his team will be serving up a variety of Mediterranean inspired courses, such as Aged Kaluga Caviar with Sicilian Red Prawn and Gillardeau Oyster, delivering that unique ION experience for our professional clientele in the Maltese capital.
